Yes. A valid driver’s license is required to rent or operate any of our street-legal carts. Drivers must also comply with all local and state laws for low-speed vehicles (LSVs).
Our carts are street-legal and may be operated on roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. Upon rental, we provide guidance on approved driving areas in Yorkville and surrounding communities.
All rentals include a clean, fully charged cart, safety briefing, and delivery options (within our service area). Carts come equipped with seatbelts, headlights, turn signals, and other safety features.
Yes. We can deliver and pick up your rental cart directly to your home, event, or business location. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
Our carts are carefully maintained, but if a problem occurs, contact us immediately. We’ll provide roadside assistance or swap the vehicle if needed so your plans are not disrupted.

Yes. All new carts come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and extended coverage options are available. Pre-owned carts are inspected and may include limited warranties.
Policies & Requirements
Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. Additional drivers may be allowed if listed on the rental agreement and meet age requirements.
Yes. All rentals require a refundable security deposit, held at the time of booking. This deposit is released once the cart is returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations within 24 hours of rental start may forfeit the deposit or a portion of the rental fee.
Carts must be returned clean and, for gas models, with a full tank. Additional cleaning or refueling fees may apply if the cart is returned in poor condition.
